Sweet Slumbers

I'm remembering how little and sweet he was just a few months ago! He is getting so big now and is making new strides everyday! I tried this hat on him yesterday and it's much too small now! haha!  Funny how fast they grow isn't it? However, I am getting ready to quilt his baby quilt and can't wait to show it to you all! I found that I made one too many blocks for the front so I'm going to add that to the back and make it the label.

Time to get these pictures printed out so I can hang them on my wall!

Been busy around here lately

I've been more productive in the sewing room lately. I finally made my baby's quilt now that he's four months old! I used Reunion by Sweetwater as the fabric and the pattern comes from Camille Roskelley's book Simplify. I made it a little bigger than the original so I used two charm packs instead of one. I think it turned out perfect! Next up to quilt it.
